Granny panties are making a big comeback. Not because I just happened to stumble across them on sale at Walmart but because Elle Magazine in the UK has their cover girl wearing High waisted panties. Why if the people who read the magazine are about 25-35 years old. Maybe it's because high waisted jeans have made a comeback. Hey if you can look sexy in granny panties you can look sexy anytime.

Pray for low gas!

A choir director in the states is so upset about the price of gas that he has taken a different approach to dealing with the prices. He hasn't bought a small car or started biking to work he is praying for low pump prices. San Francisco has some of the biggest pump prices in the U.S and this guy went to a Chevron and started praying for gas prices to go down. I should ask this guy to come here and pray for someone to clean every window at the full serve stations instead of just the front. They never do them all!!!

 

Cher Cruise??? You can't be serious?

Word is out that Cher dated Tom Cruise. Okay she didn't marry him but they were together. When you ask?

Movin on up I think!?

I just moved into my condo this weekend. This is the first time I've ever bought a condo and I'm wondering if I made the right choice. You buy a condo and it's really important to have lawyers on your side cause things could change down the road. You order one thing you get another but hey it looks great now after I complained non stop. What do you know there's certainly things you find out later after being there one night. I wish I could've sleptover one night before I signed the papers. The boiler room is next to me. Anytime I came to look at the place it never kicked in. I bet they turned it off so I wouldn't hear the horrible noise it makes every 10 minutes. But see this is what I put myself through just to say I own a condo!

Well it wasn't so happy how on Friday I realized this weather is not only making us grumpy it's making us CRAZY!! I was leaving a pub on Friday afternoon after a beer that I enjoyed immensely when someone pelted a snowball at me and I didn't even know what happened I thought snow had fallen from a free. I look over and I see a group of adults laughing between the ages of 25-30 and I asked him why would he throw it so hard at my face...he says "Why NOT". Instead of giving him a good facewash I got in my car and actually couldn't stop laughing at how stupid this guy was.

No one told me I had to learn a new language to understand mortgage rates

So if you're reading this and you can give me real advice on mortgages that would be great. I have the opportunity to go with a variable mortgage for five years at the rate of 4.65 or get locked in with a fixed mortgage for 5 years at 5.69.. I feel like I'm playing with fire because I'm not an economist and I'm not a fortune teller either. I love variable rates because you pay less right now but in the future if the rate goes up so does my payments. Maybe I should play it safe? Advice ? Email me.

Secret talents kept secret forever!!

The Show Secret Talents of the stars has been cancelled folks. This was only after one episode. Why can't they do this with other shows on tv. Here's the shows I can do without.

What is it about the fauxhawk?

3-2 for the Flames!!! They lead the series with the Sharks 1-0 Watching hockey last night I didn't even know that the whole team had decided to go for the faux/bo/mohawk look for the playoffs. Then they cut to an interview with Craig Conroy and his mohawk. Wow I always thought he was handsome but now I'm in Love!!! What is it about this look? It really shouldn't be so attractive but it can make even a dull boy look hot. I recently was at the Yardhouse and this guy I just met was showing off his fauxhawk and admitted to me (keep in mind about 20 minutes after meeting me that it had gotten him some lovin from the ladies 2 times) I didn't really think that was cool of him to tell me but he was sure that the fauxhawk was helping his love life. Do ladies love it? I know I do. Thanks Jerome I almost fell out of love with you cause you're married now I'm back in it.

20 Degrees on Sunday ???? Can't wait!

I'm getting addicted to TV again

I was without cable for about 4 months and life didn't seem to get any worse. I think I actually ended up going to the gym alot more when I didn't have cable!! Now I tune into TV and can't stop watching "The Hills", "Gossip Girl" ( the new Melrose Place in my mind), American Idol and Beauty and the Geek! Beauty and the Geek is my favorite show. I have even developed a crush on some of the geeks!!!! What's going on? Now that I realize I'm falling for not only the TV shows but the characters themselves I need to find a new hobby.

Back from holidays and ready to golf!!

So my holidays were great on Grandma and Grandpa's farm. Aside from having to bathe in swamp water we had a blast! Now that I'm back and the weather is nice I can't help but wanna go golfing. Then I see in The Calgary Sun today that more and more women are golfing these days. Of course we are! Where else can you meet hot businessmen that are hopefully still single and where can you enjoy the sun and get some exercise without breaking out into a huge sweat. I've even heard of some golf courses offering a ladies night where you get together with a group of ladies with a professional for a lesson followed by wine and cheese. This I have to explore further that's for sure. Look into it and if a ladies night doesn't exist at your course make one up by inviting the girls out once a week and going out for drinks after.

After signing up you get to pick a bimbo name her and then you have to take care of her like one of those online pets. You can take her tanning, shopping or even to the plastic surgeon for a boob job. Okay what is wrong here?? How is this site popular. I just started watching American Idol

I just got cable and it's really a whole new world! So last night I'm watching the guys perform on American Idol. I have to say if that whole Dave Hernandez controversy didn't come out. (The AI execs discovered he was a dancer in a gay club) I probably would have forgotten AI was even on. I tuned in and I can't believe how many amazing guy singers they've found. The ex-stripper isn't my favorite though. I really love Dave Cook. It was 80's night last night and he performed the Lionel Richie song "Hello" and he rocked it! Simon loved it and Randy said he could hear it as a single. Guess what you can download Idol perfomances the next day on Itunes!

Yesterday at around 6:30 AM a meteor was spotted above the skies of Alberta. It was a huge flash of light. A meteor weighing over a ton burned up over the province and ended up in Washington state. And maybe I'm excited for the states to get a new man or woman leading their country. It's hard to believe that your foot squeezing into a stiletto might actually be good for your health but a doctor recently found that a high heel of at least 2inches helps a woman's sex life...How you ask? Okay well you won't see this production on the stage at the Jubilee but in London a ballet company plans on producing a "Britney Spears Ballet". It will only be 14 minutes long but it will include the infamous head shaving scene. "Okay you hold the razor, I'll twirl around."

Being a bridesmaid isn't always fun!

There was a survey just done in the U.K and it found that brides want bridesmaids to sign contracts promising not to put on pounds or get prego before the wedding date. Can you imagine that the bride to be should be congratulating you on your baby but instead she kicks you off the bridal party. More than one in five women planning weddings would ask their bridesmaids to sign an agreement and if they broke it they would be sacked. Maybe there should be a contract stating that if the Bride starts to be a "BrideZilla" at any moment the bridal party can jump ship.
