Happy Friday! Finally some nice days in a row! Wow it's amazing what sunshine can do for a person's mood! Since my last blog I've been back home to Saskatchewan and while I was there I saw the first sign of spring. Hahaha I know this will make it seem like it's a small town but I promise it's not. (not that there's anything wrong with that!) But in Saskatoon we have this Dairy Queen on a major road and it closes for winter, it's a walk up one so you can't eat inside. And every year when it opens that signals the first sign of spring! You always know cause so many people are lined up. MMMM ice cream! So hopefully Spring will actually stick around for us out here! Does anyone have any Childhood places like that out here? Maybe I can adapt a spot out here in Calgary. Email me if you have any suggestions cloucks@vibe985.com. We had the first round of the Diva Salon Spa, Vibe 98.5 $100,000 Star Search last Saturday at the new Cowboys and it was really good! This is such a great way to see local talent and they were awesome! Definetly set the bar for the rest of the competition! This Saturday we have round two so come out have some drinks and vote on who you think should pass through. Wednesday at the Backalley was a great night! It's always fun but I met a new friend. Danielle had called in and Mastermind hooked her up with VIP entrance. She came down and hung out with us so it was great! Trouble though as her first choice of drink was Tequila! hehe. Anytime you want to head down give us a shout on Wednesday's! Ok hope the weekend is great! EEE Spring!
