The Kids Loved it...Yours Will Too!! April 28, 2008

This weekend I finally had a chance to take the kids to "Bulldog Interactive Fitness" (They've been sponsoring my "Lyrical Fitness" game for the last few weeks). It's a fitness facility for kids up to 15 years old and there are different programs for the different age groups. My kids are 12 & 9 and they LOVED it. It's a pretty awesome way for kids to exercise/workout without actually feeling like they're doing it (this is great for my son who LOVES video games - at Bulldog Interactive Fitness he actually gets to play them but has to exercise for it). If you want to get your kids to be more active, get a healthy attitude have fun or at the very least just get up off the couch and do something then this is the place for you!
