The Group Power Work-Out
So I got a membership to the Talisman Center last march and I have been doing my best to go regularly. I have tried out some of the classes they offer. First I did this thing called the Express Circuit (Cardio, Strength and Abs) I didn't like the teacher. Then I tried out Deep Water Fit. It was a good workout, I heard doing Cardio in water is great for cellulite. I liked it but it was me and a bunch of retired ladies. So I felt outta place. I havent been back. Next I gave this thing called Group Power a try. Its an hour long work-out using wieghts. You target every muscle group, and its HARD!!! The first time I did it, my legs started shaking. The teacher(who is great!) said not to worry, my body was just freaking out because it's not used to it. The next time I went I had to sit down for a while mid-work-out because I thought I was gonna pass out. I went today and it felt great. So I'm gonna keep it up! I have also been going to some of the Yoga Classes. The instructor is named Bianca and she does a great Job. I had forgot how challenging Yoga is. So I am hoping to stay with it and have an awesome bod in time for summer. If you have any tips on how to get your legs and abs into great shape or any tips on how to stay motivated.
