Robert Hood - Internal Empire

Hood's solo debut defines his minimalist manifesto, with a conventional four-four beat underpinning series of skeletal machine effects. Except for a few synthesizer backings on one track, all of the music on Internal Empire serves the rhythm tracks, from the trance-state pulses on "Minus" and "Parade" to the title track's percussion breakdowns.
