Thanks to the Canadian Government we didn't get the US feed of the Super Bowl and didn't get to see all the big Super Bowl ads.

Super Bowl is this weekend. And not only does Super Bowl bring out the best ads and the best parties...but it also brings out prop betting.

A chance to wager on things like which team will win the coin toss...who will score first...and how long will the National Anthem be???

Thursday January 28th 2010: FORE!!!!!

There has been some speculation that the reason that no one has seen Tiger Woods is because his wife Elin allegedly struck him in the face with a golf club.

Well Tiger maybe ready for public appearances sooner rather than later...

I have to admit...I do have a pretty cool job...but I may have come across an even sweeter job.

International hotel chain Holiday Inn is offering a trial human bed-warming service at three hotels in Britain this month.

If requested, a willing staff-member at two of the chain's London hotels and one in the northern English city of Manchester will dress in an all-in-one fleece sleeper suit before slipping between the sheets.

Friday January 8th 2009: Looking For Love...BIG LOVE!!!!

So over the past few years I've become hooked on several HBO Canada shows.

Entourage, Dexter, Eastbound and Down, Hung, Dexter, Californication, and Big Love.

Sunday night at 9, Big Love returns to HBO Canada (channel 58 or 226 on Shaw) with the kick off to season 4.

Monday January 4th 2010: This SUCKS!!!!

So over the holidays we had a malfunction with our vacuum, and i took it in to get the cord replaced.

The place I took it to get fixed told me that it would take almost $500 to fix the cord and a bunch of other stuff.

When I told them I just wanted the cord done they said they couldn't just do the cord.

So I took my vacuum home and played the roll of MacGyver.

Armed with a roll of electrical tape, a knife, and a cord from an old lamp...i fixed the cord.

Take that SEARS!!!
